Health

We have been hit with a minor flu bug which has knocked me and my mom off our feet currently.
In other news, dad is sending out shipments of Gordon's books for RTP. It is taking awhile to figure out how to run inventory, shipping and all the other aspects, but God gives wisdom to those who seek it. We are speaking at many churches in the next few months about the college and about God's providence.

Pray with us as we seek revival in the southern Idaho area.

Week End Summary

This week end we went to the Intermountain West District conference of the EFCA. This was an incredible time of seeking the Lord together with Pastors from all over Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. We met in a small church in a town of around 400 people. Valley Christian Fellowship, the host church, has experienced conversions totaling one tenth of the town's population in the last year. They brought in a revival speaker and evangelist who challenged us. He told us that Revival starts with the church letting God search our hearts and cleanse us and prepare us for His Spirit's movement to those around us.
After the days spent in prayer and seeking God's face, we came back to Jerome and had an excellent service at Magic Valley EFC followed by an evening prayer time spent in confession, repentance and prayer for God to move.

God has been convicting us: to trust Him, to spend more time seeking Him.

I look forward to seeing what He does in, through and with me in the coming months as well as what He does in others around me.

Randall Davis' Speech: Summary and Article

Here is a link to an article written in an early publication by Free Church pastors, titled "Laborers Together With God." This article was read by Randall Davis at the Intermountain West District conference of the EFCA. The article demonstrated the third aspect of Albion Christian College's educational goals. These three goals are: provide local Christian education; service Teachers For the Nations (YWAM's TFN);and to promote revival.

Update

Albion Christian College's Prayer Night has been canceled this month because Randy, Diane and Nathanael are going to the Intermountain West District Conference for the Evangelical Free Church of America to present the college to the pastors there.

I am working on the Academic Calendar so students and other interested parties can see what the course schedule will be.

As you pray for the college, remember to pray for the local churches in the Intermountain Area, that God will move in their congregations and cities, unifying the churches, convicting sinners and bringing about regeneration and reconciliation of man to man and to God.

Revival's Searing Flame

Friday, April 25 is another prayer and worship night for Albion Christian College.

Also, keep Pastor Randy in your prayers as he is speaking at a Walk to Emmaus in Burley next week. We are also doing a presentation at the Agape meal for The River Christian Fellowship in Twin Falls on Sunday. This is a continuing opportunity to work with this church in bringing independent, Christian education to the Southern Idaho area.

Roar Lions Roar

We went and spoke at the Twin Falls Lions club about the college today for lunch. They were fairly positive, interested in the college and especially the campus which we do not yet have. It was a good time for seeing the usefulness of the Power Point presentations I have made up for the college and will allow me to make several more presentations targeting civic functions as well as strengthening the presentation I already designed for churches.

On a side note, for anyone who knows both the Lions Club song and the BC Lions fight song, are they similar?
