Hey Nathaniel, Mike Butak here. Do you want any feedback on the application form? I've been thinking about our application & reference forms we use for our schools in Madison. If you want some input, I have a few thoughts. BTW, I'm really excited that you guys are moving forward! :) Mike mikebutak@ywammadison.org
Hey guys. Greetings from Canada. I like that the application is simple. I know people generally choose references because they know they'll give a good one (and that should be the focus of a reference), but one thing I've appreciated in reference forms I've filled out in the past is the opportunity to honestly point out a flaw or area for overseers to encourage growth in. Albion's application is missing a statement like "Are there any character qualities or habits you've observed that would hinder the learning process or would need to be addressed during the student's time here? Be specific, if you can." Just a thought. It's a good, nice simple application.
